  Industrial Door, Loading Dock, and Special Control Panels

 Our controls are designed to meet industrial and commercial needs and are built to individual specifications using components readily available from local suppliers across North America.  Many features are available including Variable Frequency Drive, Uninterruptible Power Back Up and Integrated Loading Dock Control Panels.  We also have Custom Enclosures for abusive environments.  We are experienced in computer, PLC or Relay Logic and can provide self-diagnostic programming.  Safety, Security and Dependability are the primary requirements of Advanced Systems Controls. 

  Loading Dock Equipment

Nobody puts a safer or more reliable loading dock system together better than us. Our dock Safety System can be applied to any new or existing loading dock. We protect your employees and equi-pment by minimizing the possiblity for human error at the loading dock. Human error is the number one cause of accidents and damage. Our Automatic Loading Dock System operates entirely on it's own and can be integrated with our automatic truck loading/unloading systems. The Automatic Loading Dock Systems eliminates the need for designated docks that utilize ATL or AGV's. Safety is always a big concern and the reason we developed our patent pending Wireless Integrated Trailer Jack (WIT-J). Advanced Door Systems can provide you with a door protection system that will eliminate your door being hit! 

We have successfully eliminated door collisions on high cycle doors up to 50-ft in width and have been doing so for nearly 10-years. Some of these doors can open 100-200 times a day.

UAP Door Control

Our UAP Panel is not a door opener—it is a controlled door system.  Adding UAP to any existing powered Door or Gate gives you the ability to control who and when vehicles are allowed to enter.  The UAP is a fail-safe system that is an overlay to the existing system—it does not shut down any integrated systems if it is turned off.  UAP can control multiple doors, vestibules, and air locks and can integrate with a Building Security System or Building Heating/Cooling System. 

Long Distance Radio Control

Long distance radio opens doors (up to 2,000 feet away) via the microphone inside the vehicle, and can individually control multiple entrance doors.   All doors can be integrated together and controlled by a master panel.  This system increases safety, security and can offer self diagnostics.  When used with our UAP Control system, personnel at remote locations can be notified via the communication system. 

Fabric Buildings & Shelters

 We are a bonded distributor for Rubb Building Systems.  Fabric structures are rugged, flexible, re-locatable and easy to maintain.  Called a plasthall, rubbhall, rubb building or tension membrane structure, Rubb engineered fabric buildings have stood the test of time in the most demanding environments around the world. Many Rubb prefabricated buildings have been in service for over 25 years.  With a viable resale market, these multi-use structures are always a sound investment.
